Hells Exile Sauce co. was created to enhance the Hot Sauce experience. Too often trying sauces bought from the store to find all I can taste is vinegar and heat so decided to create a batch of Hot sauce that was more about the flavour than the heat. Using my culinary background I have since created a whole range of products and have plans for many more, From seasonal specials to beer based sauces, infused oils to seasoning rub and even chilli chocolates, the possibilities are endless. So join me on this road trip to flavoursome hot sauces.
