Hells Exile Sauce co. was created to enhance the Hot Sauce experience. Too often trying sauces bought from the store to find all I can taste is vinegar and heat so decided to create a batch of Hot sauce that was more about the flavour than the heat. Using my culinary background I have since created a whole range of products and have plans for many more, From seasonal specials to beer based sauces, infused oils to seasoning rub and even chilli chocolates, the possibilities are endless.
